Frequently asked questions
Can I order a mix of Tennent’s Lager and Magners?
Yes, it is possible to order both products but you will only be allowed to collect a total of 24 cans in a single day.
What is the process for collecting my order?
It’s very simple, once you’ve located Be Chilled in the campsite, present your receipt and photo id (if requested). Staff will then ask for the answer to your security question and once authorised, will return your receipt along with your perfectly chilled order.
