What pack sizes do you offer?

We offer 500ml cans in quantities of 4, 12 and 24.

Can I take my Be Chilled cans into the arena?

No, cans are not allowed to be taken into the arena. Be Chilled is a service exclusively for T in the Park campers, and the product is chilled for your enjoyment within the campsite.

Where is the Be Chilled Collection Point in the campsite?

The same location as in 2009. Details are listed on your printable receipt to help you when you get to T. There'll be street names and sign posts in the campsite and you'll find us at the top of Cypress Hill which sits between the RED and BLUE camping areas just off of the road. It's the highest point in the campsite, surrounded by trees, so you should be able to find us from any of the lower ground camping areas.

What times during the day / night can I collect my order?

Opening hours are listed below, and are subject to licence.

Can I rollover my orders if I don't manage to collect on one day?

You may rollover your orders but will not be allowed to collect more than 24 cans in total in a single day.

If I order a 24 pack could I collect my cans throughout the day?

No, your order will be ready for you to collect by pack size ordered and cans cannot be split out for you to collect over the day.

Should I bring ID

We strongly advise that you bring photographic proof of age ID with you to collect from Be Chilled. All bars at T in the Park operate the Challenge 21 policy and reserve the right to refuse collection if you cannot prove you are over 18 if asked by the staff to do so, this also applies to pre-paid orders at Be Chilled. If you don't want to bring your passport / driving licence use a PASS ID. See www.pass-scheme.org.uk for details.

Why do I need to print my receipt?

Your receipt contains all of the data which our staff need to process your order - except for the answer to your security question - which you need to remember, or take a note of somewhere else (not on the back of your receipt!). We also need to check off your daily collections and your receipt has areas for our on-site staff to do this. If you lose your receipt on site or it gets destroyed then don't worry, our system will allow us to process your order if you can confirm some personal details and confirm your security question and answer.

Can other people collect using my receipt?

We would advise against this, the receipt is the only form of confirmation our staff will accept on-site that you placed and pre-paid for an order at Be Chilled, and the security question is there to protect you, the customer. If you do decide to give someone the answer to your security question and the receipt to collect on your behalf it is at your own risk and our staff will be unable to enter into dispute if the receipt and answer to security question are not presented to their satisfaction.

I need a duplicate receipt; where/how do I get this?

Don't worry, we can send you a duplicate receipt. To request a duplicate receipt please use our contact form, and click on "Duplicate receipt request".

Please try and include as much detail about your order as possible, and note that it can take up to 72 hours to respond to your enquiry, although we will do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible.

What is the closing date for orders?

The latest cut-off date for pre-orders is noon on Thursday 8th July, but may close earlier if stock sells out.
