Could Have Been A Player Rangers

1) The “Could Have Been a Player” competition is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland. Entrants must be of legal drinking age within the country they reside to enter.

2) Employees of Tennent Caledonian Breweries UK Ltd, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with this competition will not be granted access.

3) No purchase required for entry

4) All information detailing how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.

5) All entries must be received by the closing date 29th February 2012 and entry is restricted to one per person.

6) To participate in this competition you must register your details with Tennents.com.

7) Details supplied may be used for PR or promotional and general marketing purposes

8) Entries will be entered into a prize draw to win one of 128 places at Boot Camp at Murray Park.

9) Winners will be chosen at random and the decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters relating to this competition.

10) There is no cash alternative to the prize.

11) The prize is non-transferrable.

12) Winning entrants will each win a place at the relevant Boot Camp where they will be put through a football training session by club community coaches. Travel and accommodation is not included in the prize.

13) The Promoter or its agencies accept no responsibility for any injury incurred whilst participating in this event, players take part at their own risk.

14) By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you must be of good health and of physical fitness to participate in the Boot Camp stage and Final event, should you be chosen. and you may be prohibited from participation if the Boot Camp coach considers you to be unfit to participate .

15) Qualification from Boot Camp to the Final Event will be by selection by the respective independent management teams appointed by Tennent’s.

16) The appointed management team’s decision is Final.

17) The final event will take place on a date to be confirmed and the prize will consist of participation in an 11-a-side football match played at Ibrox Stadium, one night’s accommodation in Glasgow the evening before the match and transport from the hotel to Ibrox Stadium.

19) Winners to enter the Boot Camp events will be drawn at random from all registrants received by 29th February 2012.

20) Winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the closing date.

21) The Promoter reserves the right to amend, substitute or withdraw this prize in whole or in part any time during the competition period.

22) All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in relation to the Prize are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever in connection with any loss, injury or damage which is suffered as a direct or indirect result of the Prize and / or the tournament except that the promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence of the Promoter.  Furthermore, the Promoter does not recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligation of any third parties associated with the prize

All guests must be aged over 18. Travel and accommodation is not included in the prize.

9) It is expressly forbidden to wear team colours of any kind, denim clothing or sportswear when attending match-day hospitality.

10) Rangers Football Club reserves the right to refuse admission to or reject any person whose dress is not in keeping with the standard of dress customary for those attending match-day hospitality.

11) Rangers Football Club reserves the right to refuse admission to or reject any person at their sole discretion if Rangers Football Club reasonably believes that the person is unfit to enter due to inappropriate behaviour, excess consumption of alcohol or such other grounds as render admission inappropriate in the reasonable opinion of Rangers Football Club.
